This spacious vacation rental is nestled in the sprawling countryside of Scotland, less than an hour away from the city of Edinburgh. Between nine spacious bedrooms, the villa rental can comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests, making it perfect for large groups, family reunions, or even events.

Guests will find the sleeping quarters and bathrooms on the top two floors. The middle floor features the master suite, which is outfitted with a plush king-size bed, a deluxe en-suite bathroom complete with a modern freestanding bath, and an extra pull-out bed. The second bedroom on this floor includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms also include en-suite bathrooms and can be configured with either one double bed each or two single beds. The fifth bedroom, ideal for kids, features two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms on this floor include a 32-inch television.

The top floor includes one twin bedroom, one bedroom with three single beds, as well as a non-private bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. There is also a seating area with sofas and a 32-inch flat-screen television.

On the ground floor, guests will find the spacious open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests may need, including two dishwashers, a large refrigerator, a range cooker, a microwave, a coffee maker, and plenty of kitchenware. The living room includes a roaring fireplace, as well as an LCD television complete with Sky cable, a DVD player, and gaming consoles. Adjoining the kitchen and living area is a breakfast table with seating for up to 12. There is also a fabulous game room, with a pool table, a darts board, a fireplace, and a refrigerator.

The kitchen opens up to the back courtyard, which features a barbecue area, an outdoor table for dining al fresco, as well as a swimming pool with a retractable glass cover. Another opening also leads out into the circular hot tub turret, which can fit up to four people at a time, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating after a long day.

The glamping site provides guests with everything they need to relax into their surroundings. All beds and plush linens are provided, along with hot water bottles for those chilly nights. There is access to bathroom facilities and plenty of parking at the site. In the summer, guests can enjoy roasting marshmallows on the barbecue.

Guests can enjoy a luxurious swimming pool with a heated glass cover, a hot tub nestled under in an undercover turret, a 5-a-side football pitch with goals, a children's play area with a swing, and a sprawling outdoor garden with terraces and benches.
