💫 Play Pass & On-Site Activities

Guests can choose to purchase an optional Play Pass (additional fee), which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages. A purchase link and access code will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

Activities include bike hikes, climbing wall, junior segways, slime creation, bug hunts, den building, aqua inflatables, archery coaching, football, golf, aqua jets, bungee trampoline, ranger tots, and much more.

💫 Swimming Pool & Booking Information

Enjoy access to the on-site swimming pool, with the following opening times:
Monday & Friday: 10:00–12:00 (Owner Swim 09:00–10:00)
Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00–16:00 (Owner Swim 09:00–10:00)
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–17:00 (Owner Swim 08:00–09:00)

Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks ahead. During school holidays and peak periods, early booking is strongly recommended.

Minimum Stay
3 nights: Friday–Monday
4 nights: Monday–Friday
7 nights: Saturday–Saturday
Guests staying 1–2 nights may still purchase the minimum 3-night Play Pass.

TRANSIT
Getting here and away

With our location (Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 0QF) families will find both car and public transport access super easy.

If you’re driving, simply take the A1 → A198 (Bankton Junction) → B6371 → B1348 and we’re just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop’s just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away, ideal if you’re coming without a car.

Whether you drive or take the train/bus, you’ll be relaxing with the kids on the beach or poolside in no time!

NOTES
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £25 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
