Guests can choose to purchase an optional Play Pass (additional fee), which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages. A comfortable, well-equipped space designed for rest, memorable coastal escapes.

You’ll enjoy exclusive use of the entire holiday home throughout your stay. One complimentary parking space is located beside the caravan, with additional parking available at the resort entrance if you’re bringing more than one vehicle. Easy self check-in is provided via a secure lockbox.

NOTES
NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.

A travel cot is made available upon request only.

Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional cost of £20 per hour. Please inquire about availability before your stay.
