Welcome to our spacious lodge, ideal for families, friends, and group stays looking for a comfortable self-catering getaway with a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets for convenience, and a comfortable living area. Designed for easy group living, it’s a welcoming space. Guests can choose to purchase an optional Play Pass (additional fee), which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages. This lodge is a great base for a memorable and hassle-free escape.

SPACE
Welcome to a cozy yet spacious 2-bedroom lodge offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Ideal for families or small groups, it’s a relaxed coastal base for a stress-free break by the sea.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Two single beds
Bedroom 2: One king size bed
Living room: Sofa bed for additional guests
With two bathrooms, a comfortable living space, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home.

Play Pass & On-Site Activities

An optional Play Pass (additional fee) is available, giving access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a purchase link and access code.

Activities include bike hikes, climbing wall, junior segways, slime creation, bug hunts, den building, aqua inflatables, archery coaching, football, golf, bungee trampoline, ranger tots, and more.

Swimming Pool & Booking Information
Guests can enjoy the on-site swimming pool, open daily with designated owner swim hours:
Mon & Fri: 10:00–12:00 (Owner Swim 09:00–10:00)
Tue–Thu: 10:00–16:00 (Owner Swim 09:00–10:00)
Sat & Sun: 09:00–17:00 (Owner Swim 08:00–09:00)

Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks ahead. During school holidays and peak periods, early booking is highly recommended.

Minimum Stay
3 nights: Friday–Monday
4 nights: Monday–Friday
7 nights: Saturday–Saturday
Guests staying for 1–2 nights may still purchase the minimum 3-night Play Pass.

Bus: The Lothian Bus 26 runs frequently between Seton Sands and Edinburgh, making it easy to explore the city.
Train: The nearest railway station is Longniddry, with trains to Edinburgh in under 20 minutes.
Car: Easy access to the A1, connecting to Edinburgh and the rest of East Lothian.

TRANSIT
By Car:
From Edinburgh, take the A1 eastbound towards Tranent.
Exit onto A198 towards Longniddry and follow signs for Seton Sands Holiday Village.
Upon arrival at Seton Sands, enter the holiday park and follow the signs to Golf Village and once there, follow the signs for Kingsbarns.

By Bus:
From Edinburgh city centre, take the Lothian Bus 26 towards Seton Sands.
The bus stops directly outside Seton Sands Holiday Village.
Walk into the park and follow signs to Golf Village and once there, follow the signs for Kingsbarns.

By Train & Bus:
Take a train from Edinburgh Waverley to Longniddry Station (about 20 minutes).
From Longniddry, take a taxi (5-minute ride) or catch Lothian Bus 26 to Seton Sands

NOTES
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
