Although this site seems off the beaten track, guests will be reassured to know that the main road is only half a mile away. Vacationers will be able to reach the impressive uplands of the Galloway Hills, within a half hour's drive from the site. Guests will love that this extended farmhouse is close to scenic nature reserves, gardens, water activities such as fishing and sailing, and more adventurous sports such as mountain biking and zip-lining. Glampers can pick up groceries and necessities in the nearby town of Whithorn, as well as in Wigtown and Newton Stewart further to the north.

Situated on the Gulf Stream, Wigtownshire boasts a number of must-see gardens including Castle Kennedy, Logan Botanical Garden and Glenwhan.
