There are five suites available, each accommodating two guests in a comfortable king-size bed or two twin beds depending on guests' preferences. All suites come with private bathrooms, featuring showers, sinks, and toilets. The windows offer guests stunning views of the Chesapeake Bay and the Honga River.

While staying at the site, meals are prepared for guests and there are several rooms in which guests can relax by the grand fireplace and bar. Everyone will be provided with a personal lock downstairs, perfect for storing belongings and gear. On-site, everything guests will need is provided. There is a boat dock a few steps from the door which features two boats ready for rental and guests can also bring their own boat.
