Situated on a 70-acre estate, this cottage site is located in Rock Hall, Maryland, along the Upper Chesapeake Bay. Walking through the idyllic grounds, guests will encounter farm fields, sunflower fields, a lavender field, gardens, a sassafras grove, a woodside pond, a secluded creek, a barn, and woodlands. The town of Rock Hall is only five minutes away, where guests will find crafts and antique shops, an assortment of restaurants and cafes, a grocery store, a number of marinas, and outfitters providing kayak and boat rentals. With its flat, rural, and low-traffic roads, the area is ideal for biking.
Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge is only 15 minutes to the south. Here, guests will find hiking and biking trails, along with facilities for hunting, fishing, crabbing, and boating. Providing a habitat for over 240 bird species, it is also a bird watcher's paradise.
