If traveling with a group of more than six people, guests must make sure to notify the property of their intentions, as they want to make sure that fun is had in safety and peace. This is for safety purposes only!
The sailboat is dry-docked—it literally looks like a dock by the sea. There is a set of stairs that take guests from the tent platform up to the boat. The boat has a custom-built roof with a screen to protect against the wind, water, and sun. It has a small cabin with a skylight, lined with a foam mattress—a super comfy place to sleep. On the deck, guests can sun themselves and imagine that they are really sailing as the boat gently sways in the wind. (It is slung between posts so that it can rock).
The 50s-style trailer, which is right out of a film set, has a black and white checkered floor and red polka dot curtains. It can sleep two couples, one queen bed and the kitchen table turns into another queen. The trailer is where the indoor kitchen is located, which comes with a four-burner cooktop, a refrigerator with a small freezer and dishes, pots, and pans. The trailer has heat and electricity, so on cold rainy days, guests will have a refuge.
The hosts have other accommodations on the same farm, so if guests need more room, they simply have to let the hosts know. The farm can sleep up to 25 people in cabins, a yurt, an apartment, and bedrooms in the hosts' home.
