Nestled among the trees, this rustic cabin rental is secluded and off-the-grid, providing the perfect environment for a quiet escape away from the hustle and bustle of it all near Lake George and Vermont, in Upstate New York. The cabin includes one bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to two guests at a time.
The bedroom includes one double bed, outfitted with crisp cotton sheets. During colder months, there are warm flannel sheets to ensure guests are comfortable. The bathroom consists of an attached compost outhouse, accessible right out your door. There is a seasonal, shared outdoor shower by the parking area.
The host provides all biodegradable, natural shampoo and Dr. Bronner's soap. Guests are asked to only use what is provided, as all of the drains go onto the ground. Guests must bring their own towels. In cooler months, guests can do an old-fashioned basin wash-up inside the cabin.
The cabin has light interiors that are beautifully furnished with vintage pieces and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm, rustic ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay, including a cooler, a French Press, an Espresso stovetop pot, kitchenware, organic coffee, tea, and spices. During summer, the kitchen is outside; though, during colder months, it is moved indoors. For entertainment, guests have access to various books, puzzles, cards, and games.
There are a number of amenities at this property to elevate the experience of any guest staying here, including a fully-equipped kitchen, and provided essentials such as shampoo made from organic, biodegradable ingredients.

There is no Wi-Fi or electricity at this property, allowing guests to unplug, disconnect, and truly appreciate the serenity of nature. Guests are able to visit the host's yurt just minutes away in case they need to use the Internet or charge their appliances.

Guests have miles upon miles of trails for hiking, biking, and even horseback riding. Those feeling particularly adventurous can have a go traversing one of the formidable Adirondacks, such as Hadley Mountain just minutes from the property, and revel in the breathtaking views from the summit as their reward.
