The cottage has three furnished bedrooms, where one contains a large queen-sized bed set in an antique, hand-carved frame and headboard, while the other two contain a double bed and bunk beds in separate rooms. The living room and kitchen area are painted a cheerful red, with comfortable furniture and a lot of space where guests can relax while cooking or warm up in front of the fireplace. The decks outside have ample furniture facing the breathtaking landscape, including the picnic table and fire pit in the front yard.

This charming country cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with a beautiful adjoining dining room that seats six guests. The living room is furnished with plush leather sofas, antiques, a wood-burning stove, and a large entertainment center with a flat-screen television. One of the sofas pulls out to sleep two guests. On the beautiful property that surrounds the cottage, glampers will find miles of trails for leisurely strolls or more strenuous hikes during their stay. Horses are welcome on many of the trails as well, as guests are invited to keep them in the barn while at the cabin. Alleghany State Park is just ten miles away by car, where there are more trails to be found, as well as a lake with boat-launching facilities and opportunities for fishing in any season of the year. Guests can also visit the state park's museum or go skiing or ride snowmobiles in the winter.

The town of Salamanca, which is just five miles away to the south, is worth the visit for guests looking for bigger shops or hoping to visit the Seneca Allegany Casino. The Sequoia Indian Reservation is also located nearby, where guests can learn about the history of the Native Americans who inhabited the land. There are many places to horseback ride, play golf, or shop for antiques in the area too, including the small village of Ellicottville, with its old-timey downtown area and vintage shops and restaurants.
