Situated right on Charley Lake, this charming and private cabin is a serene getaway in the Adirondacks for two to six people. This cabin comes with three bedrooms, four beds, and one bathroom.

One of these bedrooms also comes with a single loft bunk, for a total of four beds in the entire cabin. There is one bathroom, with a shower only.

This cabin comes equipped with a Weber charcoal grill and a full kitchen. The kitchen has a Viking gas stove and a convection oven, a dishwasher, dishware, and very high-quality pots and pans. High-speed internet and a landline will be provided. Unfortunately, there is no cell service here.

Glampers will have a flat-screen TV for watching Netflix movies, but will not have cable. The dining room provides seating for six with a lake view as well as an outdoor picnic table for the warmer seasons. The front lawn comes with patio furniture. Furthermore, guests here can gather around a lovely fire pit.

The lake is spring-fed so it's clean, refreshing, and perfect for a swim, kayak, paddleboard, or snowshoe. The lake tends to warm up quicker (and stay warmer longer) than most, so spring and fall swims are common here. There is easy lake access from the gradually sloping beach. Guests can relax on the deck with a morning coffee or sit lakeside in the Adirondack chairs. Visitors are encouraged to fish off the dock, BBQ up dinner, and then stargaze and share stories by the fire pit.

There are plenty of great hikes, skiing, snowmobiling, waterfalls, and lake drives in the area.

While guests can't necessarily see anyone while at the rental, sound travels easily across the water, so visitors must agree to keep sound to a minimum here. This lake has a quiet ordinance after 9 pm - meaning no outdoor music, yelling, or other disturbances. Guests must consider this before renting the retreat. This is an amazing spot for a quiet getaway, but not for late-night partying. In the winter it's not so much an issue as guests will be the only ones on the lake.

The hosts supply one canoe, one kayak, one stand up paddleboard, and lake floats, as well as snowshoes for winter treks, and a list of fun year-round hikes, including a few local waterfalls which are beautiful. The hosts will also provide any recommendations for places to go, activities to do, and anything else glampers may need.

Linens are supplied, but guests are asked to bring their own bath and beach towels.
