One of the two Rest Rooms has a shower, sink, toilet and washer-dryer. There is an outside freshwater pedestal, right next to the cabin, inside the perimeter fence, about 30 feet northwest of the front door, and a propane grill on the porch of the cabin. All surfaces will be wiped with Clorox wipes, all sheets and towels will have been laundered in hot water. The cabin features heat, AC, a microwave, hot-cold water dispenser, small fridge, WiFi (Guest) and flat screen TV. There will be paper plates, glasses and utensils. There is a bench which can be used with the chair if you need a desk. There is no running water in the cabin itself. To access the wood sauna, hot tub and kayaks, walk down the driveway, bear right towards Ausable Lodge, walk around the left side of the Lodge, and you’ll see the sauna on your left, as well as the hot tub up on the deck on your right. The Lake with the kayak rack is down the hill from there. There are two robes hanging in the cabin, which you may use when accessing the hot tub or sauna. A rare treat is the bald eagles nest, directly across the Ausable River from where the dock and kayaks is located, so bring your binoculars and camera. The eagles just arrived back at the nest on Jan 31st. The rest rooms, hot tub, wood sauna and the kayaks are shared with the renters in the two person dome. You may arrive at 1 PM and depart by noon on departure day. Door will be left unlocked, with key left on table. Door will be left unlocked, with key left on dresser.
