This half of a two-family cottage can sleep up to seven guests. It is a completely private loft and separate from the other apartment, with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living space. An open-plan loft sleeping area can accommodate up to seven with five beds. Guests will find a loft with a king-size bed, a twin bed and a sleeper sofa.
Guests are encouraged to explore the 12-acre property, relax by the pond, cuddle the bunnies, sheep, and goats. Please ask how to turn off the electric fence and go for a hike on the six-mile rails-to-trails path across the street.
There is access to a communal outdoor fire pit, a six-burner outdoor stove and grill, and a luxurious, full bathroom. High-speed internet is provided free of charge. It only works closer to the main houses, so guests may have to sit outside to access it.
