This room for rent is part of the upstairs section of a 1930's farm house in Sullivan County, New York. It can accommodate up to two guests, with a king-size bed and a yoga room. There are an electric kettle and a toaster oven to make snacks and tea. A full kitchen is not included but there is access to an outdoor stove and a barbecue. Pricing is per room, so if guests would like to rent the whole apartment, please inquire with the host.
Guests are encouraged to explore the 12-acre property, relax by the pond, cuddle the bunnies, sheep, and goats. Please ask how to turn off the electric fence and go for a hike on the six-mile rails-to-trails path across the street.
There is access to a communal outdoor fire pit, a six-burner outdoor stove and grill, and a full bathroom. High-speed internet is provided free of charge. It only works closer to the main houses, so guests may have to sit outside to access it.
