We kindly ask that only dogs be brought to the territory.

Pet Fee - $60 per dog, including emotional support dogs.

This fee helps us cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ★

Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We want to emphasize the ban on fireworks especially. If any are used, the penalty can go up to $750.

***ENTERING THE COMMUNITY***

We require our guests to fill out a check-in form with basic information to help us organize their stay. We will send the registration form to the main guest's email to register with our gated community. Guests will need to provide vehicle details and the names of the drivers who will enter the community. Such rules make the community area secluded and secure for guests.

***Keep it Safe***

We require insurance to be paid to ensure your stay with us. The insurance cost is $59, which will ensure your stay. Additionally, we might request a deposit to be paid alongside insurance.
