This stunning lakeside cottage is situated on the private side of Lake Anna, Virginia, and is just a few steps from the shore. It is a quiet cove with 150 feet of waterfront and a sandy bottom with a gentle slope, perfect for a gathering of all ages.

The property is just 45 minutes from the nearby town Glen Allen, a vibrant community with many eateries, shops, parks, concerts, local winery tours, wellbeing spas, and so much more to discover. Charlottesville, Richmond, and Fredericksburg, each an hour away, are all historic college towns that merit a peek. The Lake Anna area has a wide range of eateries to offer within a five to 15-minute drive, with cuisine ranging from little family owned Mexican and Chinese spots to a delicious new Farm-to-Table restaurant.
