Inside the tiny house, guests will find one studio-style bedroom. The latter is furnished with a set of bunk beds consisting of a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, along with a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and ample lighting.
A shared bathroom is situated about 50 stone steps away from the tiny house. Inside the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided. Other amenities inside the tiny house include high-speed Wi-Fi, a 32-inch television with a DVD/Blu-ray player and Roku capability, an air conditioner, a space heater, a vacuum cleaner, a mini-fridge, and a microwave.

COVID-19 Actions
Due to COVID-19, we limit our Rentals to only one Rental Unit at a time. This ensures we have only one set of Guests on site at a time, and it also means our Guests will not have to share any shared spaces with any other Guests, except for us, the Homeowners. ~~~~ After our Guests check out, we leave the Unit empty for a minimum of 3 to 4 days, allowing the Unit time to sit idle. Then, we do a thorough cleaning and disinfection with Chlorox type products. Laundry & Linens are all steam washed & dried before being placed back into the Unit. ~~~~ In addition, we do wear our face masks when meeting and greeting our Guests, and our expectation is our Guests will do the same, especially when in spaces shared with us, the owners. ~~~~ We also expect our Guests to follow all State & Local Laws regarding COVID, such as wearing face masks, washing hands and practicing social distancing.
