A shared bathroom is situated about 50 stone steps away from the tiny house. Inside the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided. The latter is just five minutes away from the tiny house, as is George Washington National Forest, providing convenient access to a wide range of outdoor activity options and opportunities to reconnect with nature. The tiny house is also just 20 minutes from the Swift Run Gap entrance of the Skyline Drive, which winds through Shenandoah National Park and connects to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where it becomes the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Other nearby attractions include Massanutten Indoor WaterPark, Edith J. Carrier Arboretum, and the Explore More Discovery Museum. The latter two attractions are located in Harrisonburg, which is about 20 minutes to the northwest and also boasts a large variety of shops and restaurants. The cabin is about two hours from Richmond, where the nearest international airport is located.

In the summer, guests can go hiking on more than 500 miles of trails, fishing in cool mountain streams, and cycling on the Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. They can also go hiking on the Massanutten Ridge Trail in George Washington National Forest. At Massanutten Resort, they can enjoy golfing, mountain biking, zip-lining, ridge climbing, rappelling, and attending live outdoor music events.
In the winter, guests can go skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and ice-skating at Massanutten Resort, and they can go cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at George Washington National Forest.
