Relax with the whole family at our beachfront bungalow. Our cottage offers the following amenities: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, off-street parking, pet friendly, 65” Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. And of course, we are directly on the beach with a large deck overlooking the beach and bay.

We welcomes all travelers and guests along with their four-legged friends. As we are located directly on the beach, you will simply need to walk across the dune to get there.

The Space

Our lovely little bungalow was built in 1923 and has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences needed to enjoy a wonderful family beach vacation.

We are nestled directly on the beach of the Chesapeake Bay. We have fantastic views of the beach from the decks and the upstairs. We are beachfront, and your backyard is the beautiful sandy beaches of the Chesapeake Bay.

The home has central heat and air with a dual-zone system for both upstairs and downstairs.

There are 3 bedrooms:

Two bedrooms upstairs
One has a queen-size bed and a twin bed with a locking door
The other also has a queen and a twin with a curtain for privacy (no door lock)
One downstairs bedroom with a queen bed

We have a 65” Smart TV for streaming your own entertainment services, along with high-speed WiFi for all your devices.

We have a dining room with a table and 6 chairs, plus a smaller dining area just off the kitchen that seats 4.

There are 2 full bathrooms:

Upstairs: stand-up shower
Downstairs: full tub/shower combination

The full-size kitchen features a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

We are pet friendly with a pet fee. Off-street parking is available directly in front of the home and can accommodate up to 3 larger vehicles or 4 smaller ones.

Important Notes

Even with thorough modernization, this property is a historic home now over 80 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect early-era building standards, which add to its charm as an older beach cottage. Even so, we hope you will love our cozy and charming home.

The larger upstairs bedroom with two beds (one queen and one twin) does not have a locking door. Instead, to maximize light and views, it uses a curtain for privacy.

This is a family-owned property, and we welcome families and small groups looking to enjoy the beach. No parties are allowed or tolerated. We have neighbors nearby, and everyone is entitled to the quiet enjoyment of their homes, including you as our guest. Any parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, as well as the security deposit.

Guest Access
