Blue Ridge Mountains getaway for a small family
This historic cabin near Luray Caverns is nestled on a 130-acre farm in Sperryville, Virginia, and provides the perfect setting for a glamping getaway. The cabin has a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate four glampers comfortably. The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, and there's also a double bed up in the loft. The bathroom has a a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Soft bedding, linens, and towels are kindly provided by the host.
After an exhilarating day out, glampers can relax and unwind in the cozy living area, with a plush sofa in front of the fireplace, perfect for cozy nights indoors. When hunger strikes, the fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances to make cooking hassle-free. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
Outdoors, glampers can kick-start the day with a cup of coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the 130-acre farm. In the evening, glampers can enjoy a glass of wine on one of the porches or gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows.

Intrepid glampers can explore the nature and mountain trails on-site or travel further afield to explore a portion of the Appalachian Trail in the Shenandoah National Park. For something different, the Luray Caverns have offered an inspiring experience since their discovery in 1878. Glampers visiting the caves will explore and learn all about geology, chemistry, and history.
Those with a keen interest in fishing will not have to travel far as the three-acre pond on-site comes fully stocked and ready. Additionally, this part of Virginia offers award-winning wineries, horseback riding in the Blue Ridge Mountains, local art galleries and antique stores, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes.
