SPACE
The main house is designed for gathering and entertaining with two oversized decks, two balconies, and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. An elevator provides easy access between levels, along with a workout room and dedicated office space. The large kitchen and dining area make it ideal for shared meals and time together.

The cottage offers easy one level living and is perfect for additional guests. Enjoy a game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and darts, plus a full kitchen, living area, and screened porch that leads directly to the pool.

Step outside to enjoy everything this waterfront property has to offer. Relax by the private pool (opens May 1st), walk down to the dock for kayaking and fishing, or explore the small beach area that appears at low tide. Guests also have access to kayaks, fishing poles, and a covered boat slip for bringing your own boat.

Whether you are enjoying days on the water, relaxing by the pool, or gathering on the decks for sunset views, this property s the perfect setting for unforgettable memories!!

Pool & Waterfront Rules:
- Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or river. The owner is not responsible for accidents, injury, drowning, or death.
- Children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or near the pool, dock, or waterfront.

Pool Rules:
-No diving
-No glass in or around the pool area
- No running on the pool deck
- No food in the pool
- Do not use the pool while intoxicated
- No urinating in the pool
Please rinse off before entering the pool when possible.

Dock & Waterfront Rules:
- The dock is in a shallow water area. No diving from the dock.
- Dock does not have railings. Please use caution when walking.
- Wear water shoes when entering the water due to shells.
- Wildlife is common in the river, including seasonal jellyfish. Swim at your own risk.
- Use kayaks, dock, and waterfront at your own risk.
