ADDITIONAL RULES
Due to County and HOA regulations, the following are additional rules that must be adhered to. Any and each violation will result in a $200 fine:
- Occupancy is 10 and absolutely no additional people are allowed on the premises. As this implies, absolutely no events or large gatherings
- Parking is in the Driveway only (No Street Parking)
- Noise ordinances must be obeyed from 10pm-8am (respectful voice and music levels both inside and outside the property at these times)
- The posted speed limit
- There must be no loose trash in the yard (it can blow into neighbors yards or attract bears and other pests)
