Amazing Pet-Friendly Cabin Rental near Summersville Lake in Fayetteville, West Virginia

**NEWLY BUILT ***clean, cozy cabin! Central location *4 minutes north of the New River *. We are actually considered Fayetteville, area. Near ALL activities, rock climb areas, & 15 min to Gauley River/Summersville Lake. Fully furnished, full bathroom, kitchenette, sleeps up to 4 with 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds in the main room & full bathroom. AC/heated. Picnic table & fire ring, Pet friendly w/ fee (*2 pets max*)

This is the 8th cabin on our property. It is the end cabin and has the most privacy away from the others. The cabin property is located on a private drive/road . ***Every one of our cabins has it’s own privacy and does not share with any other cabins****. Besides this one, we also have 3 other 4 person cabins, and 4 - 8 person - two story cabins (on the same property) They are all also listed in Glamping Hub, if you can't find their listing please message and I will send you the link to the Airbnb listing for them. We have 8 cabins on this property in total. Great for groups or family get togethers! We can sleep a total of 48 on site.


**Prior to booking** please ask me any questions you may have about the cabins, location or about any local activities, etc!!! . I am more than happy to answer all questions!! We are dog friendly with a one time dog fee ($30 for 1- $40 for 2) with a maximum of 2 dogs- 50#max each dog. We do require our guest's pets to be leashed at all times outside of the cabin. Be aware that other guests may have pets with them. Dogs are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and are accompanied by responsible pet owners who clean up after them indoors and outdoors and keep them off of beds, furniture, and linens. If you plan to bring your dog, be sure to specify this when making your reservation.

We are located exactly 4 miles (4 minutes) north of the New River Gorge Bridge which is the edge of town of Fayetteville. Our location is right off of Route 19, one mile south of Route 60. We are close to the location that Airbnb put us, but due to West Virginia addressing it is the closest we could show on their map. ***** We are located in the heart of all activities - rafting , ziplines, etc, national parks and state parks. We are located 4 minutes north of the New River Gorge climbing area.*****


This cabin has a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the same common area. This cabin is air conditioned / heated. There is a large kitchenette area with a two-burner electric stove top built in, microwave, Mr Coffee style coffee maker, and a kitchen-size refrigerator/freezer.

We supply: 2 small fry pans and 1 small pot, plastic silverware, paper plates, paper bowls, plastic cups, paper towels, dish soap, coffee cups, can of coffee, coffee filters, Styrofoam coffee cups, dish soap & utensils *****NOTE***you may want to bring your own utensils to cook with - not always guaranteed to be in the cabins**** You may also want to bring lawn chairs as well. I do not provide them.

There is a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. We supply all bathroom towels, liquid hand soap and toilet paper. We do not supply shampoo.

We have free wifi, however due to VERY limited wifi service in the *entire* New River Gorge area, the wifi is not good for streaming and is VERY basic. Please ask any questions you have prior to booking about the wifi or anything else. This cabin does not have a TV.

Outside, there is a picnic table, a covered porch with benches, and plenty of parking. You can cook on the fire ring and later push aside the grate to sit around the fire. Firewood is for sale on the porch for $5. Guests have access to the parking lot and the yards behind the cabins. Feel free to bring a Frisbee! You may want to bring your own lawn chairs to sit around the fire, as I do not provide them.

We currently require two night stays, but please message us if you are looking for only one night. Our intention is to be affordable and work with your schedule. If the price you see for the dates you want is not available, please message us and let us know what would work for you so we can try to accommodate you.

**PLEASE NOTE** Our general area has a few food delivery services. However, most restaurants will also have carry outs available for you to pick up. Also our guests have ordered groceries at our local Walmart for pick up. This is very handy for groups.
