Luxury Camping | West Virginia Campgrounds
This is what camping should be like! Slumbering in a comfy queen bed, sleeping in a tent that doesn’t leak and no tent set up. Private campsite with no noise from the neighbors, as well as private bathroom facilities. The tent is situated in a meadow overlooking the mountains, guests can see Nelson Rocks from the yard. No other dwellings or vacation cabins can be seen from the tent when the leaves are on the trees. There are three other cabins in the area, but they cannot be seen from the tent.
The amenities include, a mini-fridge, electric lights, an outhouse, an outdoor shower, an outdoor propane stove, a fire pit, a picnic table, all bedding, towels and washcloths, a wood stove, and an AMAZING view. Six gallons of wash water is also provided and guests can walk to the hydrant for more, which is a five it’s a five minute walk.
Guests looking for adventure, outdoors, and new things, will find happiness in this new glamping site. There’s so much to do in the area including, hiking, rock climbing, zip-lining, exploring caves, viewing waterfalls, stargazing, and more! It’s secluded and surrounded by nature, and guests will feel as if they are in the middle of nowhere! The setting is quiet and peaceful, perfect for disconnecting from normal life and reconnecting with loved ones.
It is a three minute walk from the parking area to the tent. Guests must read the check-in instructions very carefully before coming, they will be sent two days before arrival. Otherwise, guests will have a hard time finding the location so reading and following the instructions carefully is a must. There are also simple instructions for using the shower, using the outhouse, making a campfire, which can be found in the tent.
The hosts have been helping people get outside and experience nature for thirteen years now with their vacation cabins. However, this is their first glamping tent so please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns, which will help them know what should be added to the description for future guests!
