^ Check-in
-You will have a 3-minute stroll through the woods from the parking area to the tent.
"I would urge you to arrive near or at dark because the strings of lights that escort you to the tent make for a magical and cozy experience."
^ Necessities:
-Water: 6 gallons of non-potable wash water will be in jugs at the tent. You can get more at the hydrant along the driveway anytime you need it.
-Shower: A bag-style camp shower is provided. Lay the bag in the sun or heat water on the camp stove for a hot shower. Then you can hang the bag in the outdoor shower enclosure.
"The shower was super cute and innovative."
-Heat: The tent has an electric fireplace and a small ceramic heater. If the night is chilly, don't hesitate to run both heaters as hot as they will go! We want you to be comfortable.
^ Food
-The two-burner propane stove is beside the picnic table.
-Also, you can't beat food cooked over the campfire. (:
-3 miles to the Gateway Family Restaurant, and their food is delicious!
"All the instructions were very clear... I'll also add that the outhouse is one of the nicest I've ever used, haha!"
^ Did I mention the awesome mountain views? Interesting note: you can see Nrocks from the picnic area.
^ If you're unfamiliar with some aspects of camping, no problem.
-You will receive a packing list several days before check-in.
-We've compiled a book with easy-to-follow instructions.
