Welcome! Please note the following additional rules:
1. Do not enter the fields at any time. We can help arrange a farm tour with the property owner if you would like to see the animals closer.
3. Only start a fire in the fire ring. Never leave a campfire unattended. Use water to put the fire out.
4. Do not remove any of the items for the sites. This includes the fire pit, furniture, etc.
5. Please clean up any debris or trash before you leave.

Newly built and furnished tiny house - Please be respectful of the furnishings and keep them neat and clean. Please NOTE Any item that was damaged during your stay will be charged to you for the replacement costs.
Please take your shoes off if possible when you enter the room. Feel free to bring your in-house shoes if needed. Thanks!
Only authorized guests through Airbnb bookings are allowed to stay overnight (10pm to 7am)
We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else.
Please keep the door closed to avoid flies and gnats coming in. You can open the kitchen window or loft window to get some fresh air since these two windows have screens.
Must climb a ladder to access the bed in the loft. Please be careful and be responsible for your own safety. By booking with us, you agree that you’ll be fully responsible for your safety and any injuries during your stay.
Please do not cut anything directly on the butcher block countertop or tabletop. We have provided cutting boards.
Please do not put hot pots and pans directly on the countertop or tabletop which will destroy them. Mats for withholding hot pots and pans are provided for your use.
You will be charged for replacement cost if countertop or tabletop is damaged. $1,000 for each replacement.
