This restored 1890s vacation rental on the edge of the Hoosier National Forest is located in Shoals, Indiana, and can accommodate up to 21 guests. There are five bedrooms and several bathrooms with showers. Three bedrooms on the upper level have a queen-size bed. One bunk room has nine twin-size beds. The fourth bedroom, on the ground level, has a queen-size bed. Additionally, there is a loft overlooking the banquet hall with two queen-size beds. This makes for sleeping space for 21 guests, which is convenient for weddings, receptions, hunting clubs, church retreats, and other large groups.

The spacious banquet hall features a timber beam bar, wagon wheel chandelier lights, exposed ceiling beams, and a stone fireplace to give a historic and rustic setting.
