This gorgeous property is situated in the lush rolling countryside of Boyne Falls, Michigan. There are numerous hike and bike trails within driving distance from the property, and in the winter, the entire area is transformed into a ski paradise. Guests will find plenty to do from sledding down a snowy hill to snowboarding or tubing at one of the state's 49 ski areas.

Guests will be a 10-minute drive from Petoskey, Boyne City, Boyne Mountain, and Avalanche Bay Waterpark. The brand new Walloon Lake Village is just five minutes away and features a large selection of restaurants, shops, and activities on the marina.

Boyne City, located just 15 minutes away, even hosts the national Annual Mushroom Festival each May. Of course, guests will have a plethora of traditional outdoor recreation to choose from as well. The region is known for its excellent fishing and there are several public fishing sites nearby. Guests can cast their line and wait for the trout, walleye, salmon and steelhead trout to bite. The scenic lakes also offer a great opportunity for boating, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming. Adventurous guests can even rent jet skis or try their hand at windsurfing and ziplining. There are two zip line tours choose from nearby. Some of the most popular lakes are Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, Crooked Lake, and Walloon Lake, which is only five minutes away from the property.

There are over 30 golf courses within a 30-mile radius of the property. Golfers of all levels can enjoy the many courses within the area from inexpensive nine-hole courses to premier luxury courses. The area can be explored on foot or bicycle as well, with miles of terrain from paved paths to country roads to designated trails.

WIth an average of 12 feet of natural snow per year, glampers can expect to be immersed in a winter wonderland. Downhill skiing and snowboarding abound at Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, and Nubs Nob Resort, all of which offer over 100 downhill runs with 30 lifts. The area also has exceptional cross-country skiing trails and over 200 miles of trails that can be enjoyed from Nordic routes to groomed trails. There are multiple locations nearby for ice fishing and snowmobiling, as well as sledding and ice skating for younger glampers.

When guests are ready for a break from the great outdoors, they can do some shopping at over 100 unique shops, galleries, and boutiques in the area. Petoskey's famous gaslight district is considered the shopping mecca of Northern Michigan. Other downtown areas of Harbor Springs, Boyne City, and Charlevoix also offer excellent shopping. The brand new Walloon Lake Village is just five minutes away and features a large selection of restaurants, shops, and activities on the marina. The Bay Harbor Marina District offers many new and unique upscale shops for glampers of all ages and interests.
