All of the sites have a private bathroom with a hot shower located outside and a compost toilet. Towels and linens are kindly provided by the host.

In the main living area, guests can find two chairs to sit on and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or a glass or two of delicious wine. There is a full-size airbed and cots available upon request. There is no kitchen available, however, all fire rings have a grill grate. There are many restaurants available along Route 51 towards the town of Niles. Other amenities include free on-site parking and dogs are welcome($25 pet fee).

Outside, guests will discover the magical garden surrounded by trees, with loads of camping chairs and outdoor furniture available. There is a hammock for afternoon naps, a fire ring with a cooktop if guests desire to cook up some tasteful meat and vegetables, and a sand volleyball court for all campers to make use of.
