This tremendous, motel-style cabin is ideal for a destination wedding or a group retreat in the Fargo-Moorhead Area of Minnesota and features 12 separate suite accommodations. The rooms have a maximum capacity ranging from four to 15 guests each and feature a collection of double bunk beds, single bunk beds, and single beds. Large groups won't have to worry about leaving anyone out, and every room enjoys a view overlooking the property.

A couple of the rooms feature private full bathrooms, while several others have private half bathrooms. The remaining rooms have access to the shared bathrooms and showers located in the hallways of both the upper and lower levels. Guests are also welcome to use the shared showers and modern conveniences located just steps away in the main lodge. Also at the lodge, guests can share mouth-watering, family-style meals made from scratch while enjoying the company of friends and loved ones.

The following rooms are located on the upper level. The Bullhead has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a single bunk bed and cafe booth in the living room (sleeps four). The Crappie and Grayling rooms both have a double bunk bed, a single bunk bed, and a half bathroom (each can sleep four). These three rooms share a shower room, accessible via the hallway.

The Messabe has three bedrooms (two with a double bunk and a single bunk and one with a double bed with a single upper bank), a half bathroom, and a cafe booth (sleeps 15). This room also shares a large bathroom with a double sink vanity and separate rooms for the toilet and shower with the Northfield and Milwaukee Road rooms, each of which has two double bunk beds and two single beds (each sleeps six). The Jewelry Store room has a double bunk bed, a full bathroom, and a private entrance (sleeps four).

The following rooms are located on the lower level. The Perch, Walleye, and Sunfish rooms all have a double bunk bed, a single bunk bed, and a half bathroom (each can sleep four). The Soo Line and Canadian Pacific Rooms each have two double bunk beds and two single beds (each sleeps six), and they share bathroom facilities.

There is free Wi-Fi at the lodge and parking at the property. There is a luxurious sauna and steam room that all guests are welcome to use at any time of day or night. The property features the state's largest hot tub spa that is fully enclosed with sliding glass doors and a retractable roof.

Meals can be enjoyed at the property's shared dining room, which features all-you-can-eat family-style meals made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients. Vegetarian meals can be provided with notice in advance.
Used seasonally, there is a custom-built outdoor grill for a tasty BBQ.

The property sits along Little Sugarbush Lake in a stunning maple and basswood forest with miles of prairie land just to the west. Less than an hour away, guests can visit Itasca State Park and admire the dazzling source of the Mississippi River. Even closer is the Tamarack National Wildlife Refuge, only half an hour from the property. The resort lies within the White Earth Reservation boundaries and enjoys the well-preserved natural surroundings. The star activity at this resort is definitely cross-country skiing. Guests can ski in and out of the property and also participate in other winter sports such as snowboarding, ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing, and ice fishing without even leaving the grounds.

The dazzling surroundings are full of hiking and biking trails and are ideal for bird watching and photography. Year-round adventure can be had with swimming and canoeing at the fishing dock or a relaxing soak in the expansive hot tub. There is also a shared basketball court and ping pong table for guests to enjoy.

Every Saturday, the hosts put on a Variety and Talent Show that guests can participate in, followed by a dance with a DJ.

Rates include the cabin rental, three meals per day, bottomless coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot cider, cookies, and fruit, plus access to the saunas, hot tub, steam room, and the trail fee.

Tiered rates are offered based on age. There are reduced prices for ages 15 to 17, further reduced prices for ages eight to 14, our lowest prices for ages four to seven, and children under three are welcome for free.
A 10% discount is offered to families as well as to Canadian residents. There is a special offer for first-time guests.

Pricing and a minimum night stay vary per season, on weekends, and on holidays.
During weekends and holiday season, there is a two-night minimum stay, which includes six meals per person. Over holiday weekends, there is a three-night minimum stay, which includes nine meals per person. After any two-night stay, a separate rate applies for additional nights. Each additional night includes three meals per person. Single-night stays may be available if there is a cancellation, in which case special pricing may apply. Midweek reservations are considered to be from Sunday night through Thursday night, not including holiday weekends or holiday seasons. Midweek bookings can be made for one night with three meals, one night with four meals, or two nights with six meals.

A deposit must be made upon booking of $100 per person or $250 per family. If a cancellation occurs, the deposit will be refunded in full, minus a $20 service fee only if the cabin is booked by another party at full occupancy.

Guests are asked to supply their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels, and swimsuits. For events, the host can supply linens, towels, and pillows.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, and this property is not pet-friendly.
