20 Acre Camp, Barn w/Sport Court and Camper HookupCreekside Retreat MN! Your own private Basecamp in a barn, every month of the year. Book it and all 20 acres are yours alone: prairie, woods, a fishing stream, zero neighbors. Sleep 10+ inside the barn, camp-style (no private bedrooms), pitch tents anywhere, hook up your camper outside, or pull the camper straight INSIDE our heated and air-conditioned building through a 14-foot door. Sauna, basic gym, pickleball, basketball, ping-pong, shuffleboard, 85" OLED, Starlink, patio and firepit, indoor wood fireplace. One group at a time, totally private, always.THE LODGE (BARN) — One big, finished great room: in-floor heat for winter, AC for summer, and a wood-burning fireplace for ambiance. Five convertible sofa-beds sleep 10 — each sets up as a king or splits into two singles (five kings for couples’ trips, ten singles for the hunt crew). All bedding included. Straight talk: these are practical, well-padded convertible beds — genuinely comfortable for camp, not luxury hotel mattresses. Sleeping is open lodge-style in the open space; there are no private bedrooms. Plenty of room for additional air mattresses or cots to be set up in the 7800 sq ft open space. If your crew’s perfect night is everyone crashed around the fireplace after a big day outside, you’ll love it here. If you need a pillow-top king behind a locked door, we’re not your spot and we’d rather tell you now than disappoint you when you arrive. RECOVER & PLAY — Infrared sauna (unreal after a cold sit or a pickleball battle). Gym corner with elliptical, free weights, kettlebells, and resistance bands. Attached air-conditioned sport court with pickleball, basketball hoop, ping pong — paddles and balls included — plus a 65" OLED and Sonos sound. Also a 16-foot shuffleboard table, two-player Ms. Pac-Man arcade table, 85" OLED, and Sonos with a QSC sub that means it. Starlink wifi throughout.EAT WELL — Full kitchen for group cooking, 2 big tables for group meals (one in the great room, one in the sport court area), plus a bar to sit at. Natural gas grill on the front porch. Evenings end around the wood-burning fire pit.CAMP YOUR WAY — Outdoor camper hookup with hoses included to connect fresh water and on-site sewer dump when it's time to leave, plus indoor camper parking in the heated building for cold-weather trips. Ample open ground for tents outside. THE LAND — 20 private acres: mowed trails, big skies, deer and turkeys everywhere. Hunt the property in season, shotgun, rifle, or bow.The stream fishes well - northern, walleye, bass, and plenty of rough fish for bowfishing (water levels vary; dry spells in the summer can lead to low water levels that can degrade fishing opportunity)Please note, for the max occupancy listed of 20 people, the assumption is that people will bring campers or set up outdoor tents. There is not sleeping accommodation for 20 people inside the barn.I’m Jordan — a Mankato-area business owner, husband, and dad who bought this property for the same reason you’re looking at it: space, privacy, and a place where a group can actually be together. We built it into the basecamp we’d want ourselves — the sauna after a cold sit, the pickleball battles, the fire at night. We shoot straight in our listings so you know exactly what you’re getting.Sleeps 10+ indoors on 5 convertible sofa-beds (each converts to 1 king or 2 singles) in shared space— no private bedrooms. 1 full bathroom with hot shower. Air mattresses available on request for kids or overflow. Outdoor camper hookup + indoor camper parking; open tent camping on 20 acres. Because nothing else around here is like it. Within 10 minutes of Mankato you can rent a house in town or a cabin with neighbors — but you can’t rent an entire private property: 20 acres, fish-full stream, hunting ground, and a clubhouse loaded for every season. We bought it for the land and the privacy, and built the rest so one group at a time can have the run of the place- reunions, deer camps, friend trips, or a week of all four seasons’ worth of weather in one Minnesota weekend.A half mile outside the small town of Eagle Lake, Minnesota — five minutes to its restaurants and bars, ten minutes to shopping and dining in Mankato, and surrounded by southern Minnesota lake country. It feels like the middle of nowhere; it’s conveniently close to everything. On the property: fishing (northern, walleye, bass, bowfishing), hunting in season, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, hiking the trails, and firepit nights. Nearby: Madison Lake and a dozen other recreational lakes within 20 minutes, golf courses, and Mankato’s restaurants, breweries, and shopping 10 minutes away. Winter: the sauna, the fireplace, and the quietest snow you’ve ever heard.
