This cabin is available for all seasons; guests should note the winter set up below:

During the winter this resort exhibits spectacular beauty. However, due to the extreme cold the water is shut off from November 1 until the spring, when the lake thaws. A stay in this cabin is still highly enjoyable through the winter, although a more rustic experience. The hosts place a flush-able RV Commode in the bathroom, and provide two five gallon jugs of water with pump. They also provide wood for the wood-burning fireplace and there is radiant heat inside this cabin. The roads are plowed for easy access. Once the lake is frozen, guests can enjoy ice fishing, cross country skiing, ice skating and more winter fun.

The accommodation is equipped with a wood-burning stove that provides excellent heating all year long, while ceiling fans are available for use during warmer days.

Guests are required to bring their own towels.

Outside, there is a deck for guests to enjoy the scenery. Canoes and a couple of rowboats are available for guests who want to explore the lake. There is also a firepit outside the cabin which can be used by guests who want to have an after-dinner fellowship outdoors or just have some smores with the kids.
