This rustic mountain staycation is located near Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado and can accommodate eight guests. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and there is also a futon up in the loft. In the first full bathroom, guests will find a sink, a toilet, a shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. In the second and third full bathrooms, guests will find a sink, a toilet, and a combination shower and bathtub. Linens and towels are provided.
 
In the western-themed living room, guests will find two sofas, an armchair, a TV with a VCR, and a wood stove in the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Other amenities include heating, parking, and a washer and dryer.

Outside, there is a wraparound deck, a gas grill, and six acres of cottonwood and pine woodlands in the San Juan National Forest.

For entertainment, guests will find a cable TV with a VCR, board games, and books. No matter the temperature outside, guests can stay cozy with the indoor heating. Out back, guests can have a BBQ on the gas grill while enjoying the fresh air and there is parking available on-site. There is also a washer and dryer to keep clothes fresh during any stay.
