This cottage rental is beautifully furnished and sleeps up two 20 guests near Mesa Verde in Colorado. The residence features three structures knitted together, the Main House, the Carriage House, and the Hot Springs Grotto. Guests can enjoy access to ski slopes directly from the property.

The Main House entrance opens to a wide and inviting entry room. The main living area of the cottage features a huge wood burning fireplace, surrounded by opulent furnishings and comfy rugs. The gourmet kitchen flows to the living and dining rooms so access to the chef of the group (or a private chef if guests prefer) is easy and fun. This level also includes a second dining area separate from the great room, as well as a billiards game room. The outdoor area is welcoming with beautiful views in every direction.

On the lower level of the Main House is a stone wine cellar, a stadium tiered movie theater, a separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom. The Main House elevator starts on this level for easy access back to the main floor or the bedroom floor above the Great Room. On the upper level of the main residence are 4 guest bedrooms. The master suite has it's own private living area with another log burning fireplace, a loft with a king-size bed, and a private bathroom with a steam shower and a free standing tub. The master suite opens out onto a deck with a hot tub. The second guest suite has a queen-size bed, the third guest suite has a full-size bed, and the fourth suite on this level has two twin beds that can convert into to a king-size bed. In this room there is a loft with king-size mattress in the loft. All guest suites have their own private bathroom.

Connected to the main structure, is the Hot Springs Grotto. This is a self-contained guest quarter with a kitchen and an impressive man-made grotto with waterfalls, misters, and jetted pools. On the lower level of the Hot Springs House there are two king sized guest suites, each with their own private bathroom. On the upper level there is a bedroom with two full beds. There is also a grill on the deck of the guest house.

The third structure is the Carriage House. Located above the two car garage, the Carriage House has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. There is also a communal living area with a kitchenette, private deck, and two queen-size beds in the living area that can be used as couches or for additional sleeping space.
