Guests of this cozy cabin can enjoy the year-round activities of the Idaho mountains. The trails and lakes of the Sawtooth Mountains and the Rocky Mountains which are perfect for fishing, rafting, and biking. Water lovers will appreciate the Salmon River and Redfish Lake for swimming, paddleboarding, and fishing, as well as Big Wood River for its abundance of rainbow, brook, and brown trout.
Guests can explore Alice Lake Trail and the Custer Historic Mining Town, or they can hike or bike through the Bayhorse Ghost Town and Trails System. Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve has the volcanic remnants of lava flows and cinder cones. There is a loop drive, or guests can hike to the caves and craters. This area is also very popular for stargazing.
Winter activities include snowmobiling, ice-skating, and snowshoeing, as well as skiing and snowboarding at Sun Valley Resort.
