Entire Yurt

Yurt • 6 guests

This gorgeous, owner-made, fully furnished yurt has mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and stargazing by the fire or through the dome. A great night's sleep is ahead snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper and a reclining oversized love seat to accommodate up to six guests. Linen/bedding is provided. In the kitchen area, there is a small fridge (with separate freezer compartment), microwave, a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa flavors & treats, along with some paper products available for use.
The yurt is fully insulated (walls and floor) and guests will stay cozy warm by the wood-burning stove (be sure to read the instruction/info book on the table). In summer months, there is a small window mounted AC to take the edge off until the cool mountain breeze takes over in the early evening. There is also a TV with DVDs, games, a large table, padded carpet, and even a tile entryway! Just outside the Yurt, there is a picnic table and fire pit. All firewood and roasting sticks are provided for guests to use.
Note: no running water or shower. Plenty of fresh, pure well water is provided for drinking. Clean, cute (non-smelly) composting outhouse is just steps from the Yurt. Hosts keep the Yurt pet free to make sure all can come and enjoy!
