Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the property is 6 guests per tipi. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets: Well-behaved pets are allowed if they remain on a leash. There is an additional charge per night of $20 for cleaning. Any damages will be the responsibility of the owner of the pet and will be charged.
Noise: Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Quiet hours start at 10PM until morning
Damage and Liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. The cost of any repairs or replacements will be charged after the stay.
The owner is not liable for ANY accidents, injuries, or illness that occur during the guest's stay or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
Food Storage: Our property is located just outside of the Sheep Mountain National park. No food is allowed to be stored inside of the tipi or on the property at any time during your stay without proper containment. If something needs to be stored please contact management.
Compliance with State and Local Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early departures once the stay has commenced.
Cancellation by Owner: In the rare event that the owner must cancel the reservation, the guest will receive a full refund.
Check-In: Check-in time is 3MST on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
