The property is tucked back in the pines at the base of black cat gulch where you can go right down the road and gain elevation into the mountains quickly for views. A year round creek runs through the back of the property and does have fish in it and the stream in the middle of the property is seasonal. There are tons of river access points, hikes, biking trails etc nearby and all around the flathead valley and Glacier National Park is a few hours north of us!
