This cozy property in Melrose, Montana, is situated adjacent to the Big Hole River and comfortably sleeps up to six guests between four cabins.

The first cabin has two single beds with reading lamps. There is also a spacious living area and full bathroom. Glampers can open a door or window to relax and enjoy the naturally soothing sounds of the flowing river. The cabin also offers a metro closet and a comfortable leather camp chair from Kenya. Outside there is a nice porch with a teak chaise lounge. For warmth in any conditions, the cabin has a rustic wood stove and a propane furnace.

The second cabin has historical roots as an old schoolhouse. The bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed with bedposts carved from logs of pinewood. The room includes a fan for the summer months, as well as a bedside table. For indoor seating, there is a large bench and two leather camp chairs from Kenya. There are two individual metro closets to meet the needs of both guests. In the bathroom, there is a large claw foot bathtub with a nice shower. Glampers can also stay extra warm and comfortable under any conditions with a classic wood burning stove and toasty furnace.

The third cabin includes one queen-size bed. There is also an elevated porch, a rocking chair, and a leather camp chair for relaxing in the evening. This cabin also has its own bathroom, complete with a claw foot bathtub and a shower. In the main area, there is a metro closet for storing clothing, as well as a bedside table with a lamp for reading. For the colder months, there is a propane furnace to keep guests nice and warm at night.

There is also a cookhouse cabin which boasts a large oven, a six-burner stove, a refrigerator, and a large kitchen sink. This cooking area has room to satisfy the hungriest of glampers, including an eight-person screened-in seating area. The cookhouse also includes a generous bathroom with an authentic claw-foot tub and shower. There is also a comfortable indoor dining area including an antique table and four African leather camp chairs.

The cookhouse has decks on both sides, a large Webber grill for cooking out, and a sky chair for relaxing. To assist glampers with fishing and hiking decisions, the common area contains a weather center complete with weather, wind, and barometric readings. Especially popular during the colder months, guests can enjoy the warmth from both a wood stove and a propane furnace.

There are a number of amenities at this property to elevate the experience of any guest staying here. Heating will ensure guests are comfortable even during winter. Towels and linens will be provided.

Outside, guests have access to parking with room for vehicles, RVs, trailers, and boats.

The surrounding area is full of destinations for anyone who loves the outdoors. The nearby and seemingly untouched Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forrest covers over three million acres, hosts multiple mountain ranges, and contains numerous hiking opportunities. For any glampers looking to wet a line, there is excellent fishing right off the property in the Big Hole River. There are also several other fishing locations within a short driving distance. The nearest fly fishing guide is minutes away at Great Waters Inn, and there are several other outfitters in town. The cabins are just over an hour from historic Virginia City, a well-preserved ghost town rich with history from the gold rush of the 1800's. Golfers can play a relaxing round at the nearby Old Works golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Other excursions nearby include Lake Alice and Brown's Lake, as well as the breathtakingly scenic drive from Dillon to Wise River. For those who are feeling lucky, glampers can always pan for gold during their down time.
