This fantastic cabin rental is a rustic, remote, wind and solar-powered bed and breakfast event center, located just outside of Provo, Utah. There is a sleeping capacity of over 40, however, this varies depending on the bed configuration so guests should contact the host prior to their arrival to ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable stay in the accommodation. There are five bedrooms, each with one comfortable queen-size bed and varying numbers of hard carpeted bunks, plus there are nine futons throughout the house. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms and are located in the basement, accessed through a code-compliant staircase. There is also a handicap-accessible restroom on the main-level of the house in the Great Room, which is perfect for daytime events. Basic toiletries and towels are provided; guests should bring sleeping bags and pads for the bunks and couches.
The 2000 sq.ft. Great Room serves as a dining room, ballroom, reception center, meeting, and more. It is furnished with a piano, wood stoves, a cozy lounge area, projector, and a sound system, and there is a seating capacity of 64 at tables.
There is a game room that features two attractive stoves, two inviting seating areas, a pool-table, a foosball-table, and a ping-pong-table. Outside, there is also a playground and guests can enjoy some horseshoes or volleyball.
Guests will have use of a shared kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances, or customizable catering is available if ordered well in advance. A total of 16 breakfasts are included per day, and extra breakfasts can be added for a fee of $5.00 per person. Nearby restaurants can also be reached within 15 minutes.
Outside, there are a number of barbecue grills and a total of two fire pits, for guests to gather for a night under the stars. This property is perfect for weddings, receptions, retreats, business meetings, and more. The hosts strive to offer a five-star experience so guests should be sure to let them know immediately if their is anything unsatisfactory about their stay.
During their stay, guests are welcome to enjoy their own private suite, as well as all of the inviting common areas in the property. This includes a game room and library where guests can curl up in front of the fireplace. There is also a pool table, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table for entertainment, along with a refreshment bar.
Also included is a delicious breakfast served each morning to give them plenty of energy for exploring.
The property is completely independent of any power company and relies on clean solar and wind energy.

There are also hundreds of miles of trails that lead out from the property for guests to hike or cycle during their stay, along with plenty of scenic picnic spots. The nearby Manti-La Sal National Forest is sure to be a big highlight thanks to its impressive mountains and canyons.
In nearby Provo, there are science and history museums that are great options for rainy days and guests will also find a charming selection of shops and restaurants for when they want to enjoy a night off from cooking. In addition, Spring City is becoming increasingly more popular for its art and is well worth a visit.
