The log cabin is perfect for families as it sleeps up to six guests in its three bedrooms with two rooms that feature a queen-size bed each and a third bedroom that comes with two single beds. The beds come complete with quality linens that are cozy all year round and soft pillows that ensure a relaxing night’s sleep. The entire cabin has been warmly decorated and showcases a western flair with a country décor including hand-hewn furnishings, embroidered rugs, and log walls with some rooms also displaying a hardwood floor.
With many of the ranch’s facilities based at the main lodge, the cabin is the perfect getaway to disconnect from the stress of the city and reconnect with the outdoors. After a day’s riding through the idyllic western scenery, guests can hang up their spurs and prepare a warm brew from the coffeemaker before sitting back on the sofa and checking out the pictures of the day’s activities. The log cabin has a private bathroom that comes with a shower and a granite vanity as well as a toilet, a hand basin, and fresh towels.
Outside, guests can admire the views and listen to the soothing sounds of the ranch from the hand-hewn furniture on the porch while the fire pit is the perfect spot to gather the family around to toast s’mores and take advantage of the incredible stargazing opportunities.
The lodge treats guests to a comfortable and relaxing stay where they reconnect with nature and explore the stunning outdoors of Wyoming on horseback. The lodge is home to spacious stables and corrals as well a rifle range and a petting zoo, which kids and adults alike will love. Guests can gather around the fire pit at night under the stars and share stories of the day’s adventures while roasting s’mores before being served a cowboy breakfast the following morning for the ideal start to the day.

The lodge offers an action-packed week of horseback riding along spectacular trails through canyons, plateaus, and glorious pastureland. Guests team up with the experienced wranglers who carefully match them up with their horse for the week before helping out with grooming, saddling, and leading the horses back to their corrals. The week also includes opportunities to blow off some steam at the rifle range and fish for rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout in the Wind River. There are hiking trails that begin all around the ranch and lead up to the top of the valley for magnificent views of the snow-capped Absarokas. Guests are also free to blaze their own trail and take in the fresh mountain air. Kids have the chance to get their hands dirty while making crafts, and the on-site petting zoo is a great spot for them to get close to the animals and learn about ranch life.
