Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license

Must submit a $400 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

The property is on well water, and we kindly ask that you help us conserve it during your stay. Simple steps—like turning off taps when not in use and keeping showers short—go a long way in preserving this precious resource.

For drinking water, we recommend bringing bottled water. We also provide refillable jugs under the kitchen sink, which you’re welcome to use at a nearby local spring (just a 5-minute drive) for fresh fill-ups.

Cabin is equipped with a compact mini-fridge without a freezer. If you’re bringing extra perishables or frozen items, consider bringing a cooler and ice for additional storage.
