This unique Georgetown, Maine treehouse rental is located on the coast and can accommodate two guests. The treehouse consists of two elevated structures that are connected by a rope bridge and is elevated on posts and trees. During the construction of this tree house, the hosts used vintage and salvaged materials when possible. New for this season is this dwelling has been equipped with its own wood-fired cedar tub!
Bedroom with a wall of south-facing windows that open up to stunning river views, and it includes a king-size bed or two twin beds upon request. The second structure includes a small kitchen and a dining area with large windows for water views, a small full bathroom, and a screened-in porch. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a sink, a small refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and a toaster oven.
Use of kayaks and canoes are included with rental and available at any time during the stay
Glampers can enjoy their own private decking area and enchanting spiral staircase. In addition, guests will have access to the 40-acre peninsula with docks, trails, and cottages. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace, free Wi-Fi, and ample on-site parking. The dwelling is well-insulated and contains a heating unit. The magic cabin rental has its own wood-fired cedar hot tub.

This is a very family-friendly Glamping Hub location.
There is a $100 refundable damage deposit that is held on the guest's card at the time of confirmation. This will be released back to the guest 7 days after check-out pending no damages.
No smoking is allowed on the premises, and parties and events are not permitted.
As the hosts live on adjoining property, they will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, and someone will always be available by phone or in person to give some local tips and deal with any requests or queries.
We are currently only hosting in these slots:

For part of the year, this tree dwelling will be used for the Seguin Artist in Residence Program as well as Seguinland Institute.

There is plenty for glampers to do while on vacation in this coastal area of Maine. Reid State Park, with its beautiful, sandy beaches and hiking trails, is just a few miles from the property, further into Georgetown. Guests should be sure to visit the Five Islands Lobster Company to enjoy the best lobsters, lobster rolls, fish sandwiches, corn on the cob, and harbor views. Five Islands Farm and Gourmet Market is also an excellent source of fine wine, beers, local produce, meats, cheeses, and gifts.
The property is a ten-minute drive from the town of Bath, which has great coffee shops, a bookstore, deli, grocery store, yoga studio, a barbecue restaurant, and Maine Maritime Museum. In addition, glampers will only be 20 minutes from Brunswick, home to a range of bars and restaurants, and an indie movie theater. 30 minutes away, there is Freeport, where the original L.L. Bean store and outlets are.
