Description of Glamping Units
This tree house rental is located near Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire, and can accommodate four guests. This accommodation among the trees is ideal for a unique getaway with the opportunity to reconnect with nature. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wash-up sink, armchairs, and ceiling fans. The second bedroom, located on the lower level, has a full-size bed. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in travertine-stone shower. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living area, guests will find a sofa, a television, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is dinnerware, flatware, pots, pans, and basic pantry items available. This upscale tree house has radiant heated flooring, central air, and a gas stove fireplace. There is an upper wraparound deck and a lower deck with a barbecue grill that converts into a griddle. Off-street parking is available for up to two cars.
Inside the accommodation, there is a washer, a dryer, cable, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is also stocked with basic treats such as sparkling water, snacks, honey, locally made preserves, gourmet tea, and more.

Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. This property is not suitable for pets or children under the age of seven years old. The hosts request that guests do not leave candles or incense burning and that guests do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Check-in starts at 15:00 until 20:00. Check-out is strictly at 11:00. Upon check-in, guests will be welcomed by the property manager and the key will be provided. Inside, there is a binder with all the necessary information about how to use the appliances in the rental.
The dumbwaiter can only lift 70 lbs. at a time.
The Sunapee area is mountainous so cell phone reception is intermittent. There is no landline available in the rental.
