Guest will be within steps from several hiking trails, a barn with llamas and chickens and plenty of additional wildlife. Guests will spot numerous birds, white-tailed deer in the field in the early evening, the occasional moose, and even wild turkeys! The property itself is a few minutes from the Maine State Capitol Building and a 20-minute drive from the Cobbosseecontee Lake, the largest lake in the Winthrop Lakes Region.

Jamie's Pond is just a one-mile walk or drive from the property and is stocked with fish.
For biking enthusiasts, the Kennebec-River Rail Trail is a comfortable, scenic route located along the banks of the Kennebec River and runs between Augusta and Gardiner. Additionally, Downtown Hallowell is a National Historic District and is a charming, 1800s riverfront community, which offers up antique shops, restaurants, bars, and other specialty shops.
