This wonderful property has been a landmark in its home of Lakeville for several years and boasts an ideal location sat on the northern shore of Lower Sysladobsis Lake. The lake measures approximately 11 miles long, covering an area of 5,376 acres, meaning there is plenty of space for guests to roam and explore. Nearby, guests will find Almanac Mountain, where there are breathtaking views on offer all year long. Dobsy Stream is the “local swimming hole” and can be found just two miles from the property. This is the perfect spot to cool off and enjoy a picnic. Slightly further afield, guests can enjoy a visit to Baxter State Park and Mount Katahdin, both of which are reachable in approximately an hour's drive.

Debsconeag Ice Caves are located just south of Baxter State Park, around an hour away, near Mount Katahdin. Here, guests can discover the highest concentration of pristine, remote ponds in New England, as well as thousands of acres of mature forests waiting to be explored.
