Clifftop Luxury Glamping Rental with Views in a Historic Seaport Town of Maine
This glamping accommodation can sleep up to four guests and is located in a historic seaport town of Maine. Glampers have access to the entire rental, except for the cellar. There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a cathedral ceiling, and ocean views, while the other bedroom has a double bed and is decorated with vintage maps of New England. Linens are provided. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and a shower, as well as towels, soaps, and a hairdryer. A complimentary bottle of wine is also awaiting the guests' arrival.
What makes this luxury rental so private and unique is that it actually sits atop a 130-foot cliff. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Howards Cove, Jasper Beach, and the surrounding woodlands, giving glampers an unparalleled view of Maine’s natural beauty. Given its unique position near the water, this luxury rental follows suit in its nautical-themed decor, with a nod to the ‘50s and ‘60s mixed in with all modern amenities.
In the fully-equipped kitchen, guests will find a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffeemaker, a coffee grinder, a waffle iron, a lobster pot, and all necessary cookware and tableware. There is also a dining area with a dining table fit for four. The living room is masterfully decorated down to every last detail, with a sofa, two armchairs, and a propane, faux-wood stove. For entertainment, glampers will find a variety of books and games, as well as a stereo with a music library.
Outside, guests can head to the large deck area, which features beautiful wood patio furniture, including sun loungers, and a barbecue for grilling out. There is also a picnic table five feet from the cliff’s edge for having meals outdoors with this property’s spectacular views. On-site hiking trails will take glampers past fjords, animal dens, and a small mountain. There are also beaches within walking distance of the accommodation.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, an iron and ironing board, a telephone, and parking.
The most unique feature of this glamping rental is that it sits atop a 130-foot cliff, giving its guests unprecedented views of the Howard's Cove. It is also surrounded by 50 acres of woodlands, filled with local wildlife, as well as rocky beaches with caves and more cliffs. Glampers staying in August will have the pleasure of picking and eating the blueberries that grow on the cliff around the accommodation.
