This modern and family-friendly vacation rental boasts a secluded location in the wilderness near Great Barrington, which forms part of the Berkshires region of Massachusetts. It features a spacious interior that is perfect for accommodating large groups—there are two and a half bathrooms, five bedrooms with ten beds and the ability to comfortably sleep 12.

The main living space has 30-foot high ceilings with cathedral windows, a large wood-burning stove, ample seating room and opens into the well-equipped and very modern kitchen. The 700 sq ft. basement acts as a secondary living room which is perfect for families and opens into the expansive back yard.

Outside, there is an elevated deck and screen porch, both with their own seating. There is also a barbecue, a private fire pit, a hammock, and a swingset. The accommodation comes with all the basic bathroom necessities, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi, too.

The rental was built in 2006 and is completely furnished and comfortable all year round. Heated by Nest, it is well insulated, staying warm in the winter and plenty cool in the summer. The modern kitchen is spacious, well-equipped, and opens into the living room which boasts cathedral ceilings, a rustic wood-burning stove, and dining space for eight. There is a large screened-in deck which can act as additional dining space in the summer. A large secondary family room downstairs opens into the massive backyard with its elevated deck, communal fire pit, and a barbecue. The accommodation also comes with all necessary bathroom essentials, a washer and dryer and wireless internet. Guests will find a grocery store in the nearby village, and just a little further away Great Barrington is full of fantastic restaurants.
