Set in the Berkshires, the property offers a peaceful setting with beautiful views of Rising Pond and the Housatonic River.

The bright main living area features abundant natural light, refreshing airflow, and scenic water and wildlife views. Watch for eagles, geese, ducks, and fish while enjoying colourful fall foliage and spectacular sunsets. A dining table positioned beside the windows provides an inviting place to enjoy meals overlooking the pond.

Two cozy bedrooms feature a queen bed and a king bed, while a double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Window air-conditioning units are available in the bedrooms during warmer months.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for cooking and entertaining. A dining table seats four and can expand to accommodate up to six guests. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, whole-house water filtration, and off-street parking for two to three vehicles.

Guests bringing their own watercraft can access the water, and catch-and-release fishing is available. Swimming is discouraged due to historic river contamination.

The surrounding Berkshires provide convenient access to hiking, skiing, live music,theatress, museums, cultural attractions, local food, and seasonal activities such as apple picking. The Appalachian Trail and several ski areas are also within convenient reach.
