About this place
Located in the Berkshires,Massachusetts, this cabin rental is constructed from Douglas Fir beams and set in a beautiful forest setting. The cabin has floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to the deck and forest. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open loft, bringing the guest capacity to six. The first bedroom has a queen-size mattress and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The open loft area comes with a new king-size bed. Guests will have a glass enclosed shower downstairs with a bathtub and a shower upstairs. Towels and linens are kindly provided.
In the open space living area, guests will find a comfortable leather sofa and a couple of chairs centered around a coffee table. The musicians of the group can play a tune on the piano, and the fireplace keeps things toasty in the colder months. There is a beautiful open kitchen, great for entertaining with a large table that seats 20. It has modern appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washer and a dryer. Lastly, there are many toys, videos, and games available for children.
Outside, there is a deck area furnished with a few chairs, a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine or an evening glass of wine under the stairs. Guests will enjoy the use of three pairs of cross-country skis, which can be used to discover the forests nearby in a fun and exciting way. There is more grassy lawn space further out for guests to enjoy a game of football when the weather is good.
Facilities here include a clothes dryer, an outdoor fire pit, a heater and a dish for high-speed internet. Furthermore, guests will have a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board and linens provided. Glampers will also enjoy having a living room, a piano, and parking on-site. Cell phones generally do not work in this area; however, there is a land line that makes local calls. Lastly, towels are provided, as well as a washing machine.
