This historic farmhouse rental is located near Northampton, Massachusetts, and it can provide up to 10 guests with a peaceful, quiet, and revitalizing getaway set on a secluded retreat filled with flowers, gardens, fields, hills, forests, and an abundance of wildlife. The rental consists of three living spaces: (1) the first of two suites in the farmhouse, (2) the second of the two suites, (3) and a studio, all of which come with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, with linens and towels provided. The spaces, which are described separately below, also share a dining room, which can seat up to 12 guests.

(1) This suite consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. There is a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and a full-size bed in the second bedroom. In the bathroom, guests will find a bathtub and a shower. In the living room, guests will find a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a ding table, and a fireplace. There are windows on the eastern wall, providing lovely views of the surrounding landscape.

The fireplace can be used, but only with approval on a seasonal basis, weather permitting, and with an additional fee to defray the cost of wood. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator.

(2) This suite consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a sitting room/library, a dining nook, and a balcony. In the bedroom, guests will find a queen-size bed. The bathroom features a bathtub and a shower. There is also a seating area with a small library, a dining nook with a table for two, and a narrow room with a sofa bed and a dormer that faces east. This room leads to the balcony, where guests will find seating and a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and plenty of shelf, cabinet, and counter space for cooking.

(3) In the one-room studio, guests will find a Berkeley Ergonomic organic queen-size bed, a single futon beneath the bed, and a small table with chairs for wining and dining. In the corner closet, guests will find a toilet. Beneath the exposed beams of the studio, guests will also find two of the room's most striking centerpieces: a clawfoot bathtub and almost an entire wall of east-facing windows surrounding its sliding glass doors, providing an enchanting view of the grounds, a sense of connection with the surrounding environment, and a rejuvenating suffusion of natural light from the sunrise.

The bathtub comes with a shower wand, but it does not have a stand-up shower. In the winter, there is a floor lamp and a small desk in front of the glass doors—the perfect spot to write. When the weather is warmer, the lamp and desk are removed to allow guests to access the doors and to give the room a greater sense of openness and airiness. Other amenities include a kettle, a French press, a small refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.

Indoors, guests will enjoy air conditioning and Wi-Fi. They can also use the site's laundry facilities by appointment. Outdoors, guests will enjoy the site's quiet, peaceful, and secluded grounds, which are filled with flowers, gardens, fields, hills, forests, and an abundance of wildlife.
