The primary bedroom features a full-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a fun and functional setup with a full/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. Roku TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room, and a mini split provides both A/C and heat. An electric fireplace adds a cozy touch for relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials—pots, pans, silverware, and everything in between. You'll find paper towels, dish soap, an unused sponge, dish towels, pot holders, a coffee pot, tea kettle, and basic spices. For families with little ones, the home includes a highchair, booster seat, pack 'n play, bed rail, kids’ dishes, cups, and games—so you can pack lighter and relax more.
Step outside to a private patio with a retractable privacy screen, perfect for sipping coffee, grilling, or enjoying dinner al fresco with golf course views. You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to the community’s pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse—or go fly fishing in the nearby Ellis River.

Absolutely no smoking cannabis, cigarettes, vapes, or e-cigs inside. Please use the back patio and close windows and/or doors if doing so. You will be charged a $200 cleaning fee for any smoke-related smell.
Things happen, and items break. Please be mindful and tell us immediately if something is broken. If we’re not told, there will be an additional charge for any major damages.
If something isn’t up to par, please tell us within 1 hour of checking in so we can try to resolve it.
No pets. As much as we’re animal lovers, no pets are allowed by guests. You may see dogs/cats in the area, but due to local regulations in the community, pets are only allowed for owner-occupied units.
